"I found Moongate Plant Centre when we went to the Apley Farm Shop during the first lockdown in 2020. Being a plantaholic I drifted over, lured by what I could see, while my husband shopped for food. I was hooked immediately and kept calling again and seemed to be unable to come home without a plant. Later when they re-opened I met Melanie and Mark and got good advice from them when needed. They also sourced and quoted for some rather difficult-to-find plants for me which was very helpful. One day I ventured up the path at the back of the display area and found the Secret Garden, newly created and a wonderful showcase for plants and garden furniture. I’m looking forward to seeing the garden mature this year. It’s a peaceful retreat to sit and enjoy for a while. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I discovered the home and garden showroom which has beautiful, irresistible items for your home, conservatory and garden, beautifully displayed, so very tempting! I’ve given up trying to resist! Everything offered is on trend, plants, home and garden décor and the wonderfully eclectic range of salvage ware.
